ClinicMind is a Health IT and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) service company. We are looking for a full-time Medical Billing Service Account Manager who can manage client relationships with practice owners and their staff while working alongside an offshore billing service team. This position reports to the Chief Medical Billing Service Sales and Marketing Officer. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Managing client relationships with practice owners and their staff
2. Sending weekly updates to clients on billing performance
3. Leading daily 15-minute team meetings on 'plan for the day'
4. Utilizing Hubspot pipelines to monitor clients from 'unhappy' to 'evangelist' 
5. Reporting objective data to C-Suite on major Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a bi-weekly basis
6. Working alongside and managing our offshore billing teams to ensure maximum performance on client A/R
7. Helping build an offshore billing team including working with HR to hire staff

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS ARE: 

1. Time to onboard new clients
2. # of testimonials and referrals from clients
3. Coding accuracy
4. Clean claim submission rate
5. % of A/R beyond 30, 60, and 120 days
6. % of Paid Claims vs Allowed Amounts

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Skills: Coding, Billing, Compliance, Auditing
2. Specialties: General Medicine, All Specialties, Surgery, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic
3. Required Certifications: CPC
4. Preferred Certifications: CPCO, CPB, CPPM
5. Required Experience: 1 to 2 years
6. Preferred Experience: 3 to 4 years

1. High comfort level working on the Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
2. Good internet access at home

4. Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
