RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in building and managing strong and lasting client relationships during the entire client lifecycle. Maximize testimonials and client referrals and minimize client attrition
  2. Promote teamwork with providers. Provide the practice owners and office staff with a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to EHR developers, training staff, and RCM analysts
  3. Help practice owners reach their business goals using Vericle software and services:
    1. Improve client profitability, including RCM, office workflow, compliance, EHR configuration, patient scheduling, and patient care documentation
    2. Discover and troubleshoot client practice management and RCM problems
    3. Teach practice owners how to use Vericle’s embedded analytics and 3-rd party apps to improve office profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes
  4. Build state-of-the-art Client Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems to improve the professionalism and scalability of Vericle systems and services.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO
  2. Experience in managing multiple healthcare provider relationships in US
  3. Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts.
  4. Familiar with US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle
  5. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC 
  6. Understand CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats
